because it's incredibly thin and light, it has an i5 processor (fast), the keyboard is nice, and the touch response on the track pad is pretty good.

The metal body is just a beauty, the black keyboard against the metal looks amazing and gives it a premium look; a macbook type feel

The only draw back is the on/off button is on the keyboard upper right corner where the delete button should be, and I accidentally power off when I’m trying to delete.

Were battery-life not a concern, I would've chosen the Lenovo Outlet's Thinkpad 13 for its *much* better keyboard, that terrific trackpoint and its mil-spec durability

So, overall this keyboard on the Asus is not as good for me as what I’m use

Though few annoying things such as a sensitive keyboard (makes typing my password a pain) and the screen on the laptop is terrible

I work in the dark as much as possible, so finally having a good backlit keyboard is amazing

The only problem I found is the keyboard, just one key that is a bit loose

I was a bit hesitant o purchase based on the reviews.

It won't run terribly high-end graphics obviously, but I am perfectly able to play the video games that I normally play, as well as bring it with me anywhere to take notes or write papers for school

Given that I am coming off a previous Acer laptop which I got in mid 2010, and having worked on MacBooks, I can honestly say thew new swipe gestures native to Windows 10 on trackpad is as excellent as on the MacBook

I travel a lot and this laptop has been a huge addition to me as it's easy to transport and carry around.

Would recommend as a good, solid, 'ultrabook' style laptop with good performance and with a reasonable price tag

It doesn't overheat as much as I thought it would, and the fans aren't as loud as people say
