I rely too much on this hot spot to not have the confidence it will work as a new one should over time.
AT&T MiFi Liberate 4G Mobile Hotspot (AT&T) was returned due to lack of ATT support to put it on vacation until needed.
It took me a month to get the mobile hot spot connected with AT&T and even now it does not pick up any hot spots because it is constantly down than on for hot spot coverage.

Since I have no idea how long, or in what ways, this item was used, I had not option but to return it and look for another one that was new from a different reputable seller.

Word of caution to any blockheads out there like me: It takes a micro sim card (please download the manual http://www.nvtl.com/files/6513/6218/1903/mifi_liberate_user_guide.pdf, and make sure you insert the sim card right) and use extreme caution when using an adapter

Finally, I found a Mifi Liberate on Amazon and purchased it, and it is performing just as well as the old one, with test speeds of 10-20mbps and good, reliable performance.
