Ease of assembly (just follow the directions) with holes that actually matched their fasteners

Assembly can be a bit of a pain, the main issue is the directions are not always as clear as you would hope.

This product was difficult to assemble, and the directions were confusing

If you place shelf C facing the wrong direction, you will think the unit is missing drilled holes

Poorly made and very poor design, does not assemble correctly and parts are so cheap you end up breaking them while trying to assemble

It was almost as if some manager decided that the piece would only get so many fasteners, and the poor design team had to make it work

He also commented that it was not a good design in the way you had to put it together, something about structure integirty, again, he is an engineer so his standards are higher than most

The screws were on a card with a hard clear plastic compartments, so I first counted all the screws,dowels, cam locks, shelves and rods, to make sure nothing was missing(84 parts/screws, no kidding!)

just fine.-There is a concern of over-tightening the screw for the lazy susan on the bottom, I feel like they really should have made a machine screw insert for this rather than make the customer use a wood screw.-The lazy susan is made of plastic with metal bearings and while the product will not be holding an outstanding amount of weight I'd gladly have paid 10 dollars more for a good solid metal part instead of plastic.

Assemble the product on its side for the whole process either on the floor or a table that's large enough for the entire tower's length and only put it upright when you put the screw in for the lazy susan on the bottom.-USE GRAVITY!!!!

Simply had to take it apart and flip the piece over to notice the missing hole

It took me hours to set up, it crumbled each time I thought I was done

A little bit frustrating to put together and got scratched while assembling because you have to flip the pieces over or on their sides, but once together it's a decent product

I purchased 1 just to see how this product was as there were many negative reviews and was pleased to find that the product had no chips, dings, or defects, while the directions are not perfect I was able to complete the build alone in under an hour when I'd had only four hours of sleep the morning it arrived and then assembled it at around 12:30AM the following morning after getting home from work.

I had concerns about buying this item based on the negative reviews I read.

Then wasted 2 hrs of a friends life trying to assemble
