For some reason, the plastic molding under the connection post will not allow for a top mount connection

So, if you want a top connection, I would not recommend this battery, as it has changed.

Had a lot of difficulty putting a small lead nut for it to connect on top mount.

This battery fit my 2006 Forman 500 4 wheeler perfect and works great so far.

I do not have a long experience with this battery but for now, it has worked great.

had to go to ace and buy stainless nuts to fit honda bolts

Great battery but the nuts that attach to the bolts were a real pain to keep in place until they started in the threads

but it is the right size and fits in the slot
