I owned the Blue Snowball, but like many people was having trouble getting Windows 7 to recognize it.

Since I don't own the AT2020, I can't say for sure if it is Windows 7 compatible, but people on the Internet have had problems.

I think the packaging is cool but when I tried to use it no one could hear me when I tried it even setting up the sound and adjusting everything it seemed people still had trouble even when I had it very close to me it was still not enough to pick up

Even though I live in a house full of noisy people and it does pick up even the tv in the living room sometimes, I still love this mic and everything about it.
