Overall the mic has a great sound and picks up well but the head phone jack on the microphone is junk not sure if I got a bad one.

But even after that the microphone sounded extremely tinny and somewhat echoey, it sounded very much like what I imagine speaking into a tin can would sound like

Fairly clean sound

The podcasts have sounded crisp and easy to understand.

This has kept me from starting a MacSources podcast because I didn’t want to fight trying to make a 30-minute episode sound good when making my voice-over work for a short 2-minute video sound good was hard enough
