I've enjoyed a few sets of Audio Technica headphones across their price range and while I might not suggest these to an audiophile for their iPod, they work great for when I occasionally want heaphones on my computer.
As an unemployed college student these were the best I was able to afford after my other set suddenly stopped working
I also wear glasses and am happy to find a decent set of phones that are on-ear instead of having to go over-ear route

My only complaints would be the extremely long cord, which is understandable but a little too long for me, and the fact that the cushions come off a little too easily.
They have a nice long cord, cover the ear nicely and overall provide great sound.
