Don't let their price fool you, they are an exceptional value.

With regards to pitch sensitivity, I struggled to keep intonation stable as I went higher on the fretboard with the treble strings when using the D'Addario composite strings and the Augustine Golds.

It takes a while for the intonation to be consistent but it is well worth the wait

I'm going to have to find better nylon strings.

i bought an inexpensive nylon string guitar... just to have.

You just have to find the right set that's compatible with your guitar.

The only problem is the tone is what Segovia produced but the player falls short.

I love the tone and how they need very little re-tuning once they are tuned.

I don't know if it corresponded to the removal of the blue tint on the tails of the trebles, but after getting them stretched in, they have been somewhat dull and the wonderful volume that I was used to has disappeared.
