This dress is a perfect fit; loose on bottom, fitted up top.

Although the top fits, the darts are placed for a woman with a very flat chest giving it a poor fit.

I would not recommend sizing up unless you like excess room

40ddd ; the L dress fits good with wiggle room; will order more color; this dress is easier to dress up or down

The only complaint is it has a funny smell like hair color

But the smell is terrible and makes it unwearable.
