Very happy with the product and excellent customer service.

decent sound quality- option of corded connection or BluetoothCons- my wife complained that she could hear what I was listening to at normal listening volumes- lasted about 5 weeks, then they started cutting out badly, corded connection especially bad, but both connections started going bad- contacted customer service, got an automated response

You know, every once in a while you can get a good price on a good product, and this is a great example

Excellent product, works great, batteries in headphone last well longer than the battery in my phone.

The sound is very clear with good bass and works very well as far 30 feet distance

Not just overloaded with bass but good clear bass mids and highs

The bass is not overwhelming and is well balanced for both voice and music

Bass, percussion, and lower frequency sounds are however a bit underwhelming and fall flat

the bass is okay, but the mids sound shallow, muddy, and slightly echoey, and the highs aren't pronounced enough

I had to purchase a Bluetooth transmitter to make it work as my TV doesn’t seem to have that capability.

The plastic was very cheap and tacky looking, which I could have lived with, but when I tried to pair them to my Android they wouldn't work and the when I tried them out with an adio jack one of the speakers didn't work!

sadly, the foam ear protector/cover came off on the return flight and that made the headphones unusable as the hard flat plastic that remained was very uncomfortable and the headphones just couldn't be used without the foam piece.

I researched several different options for both my wife and me to be able to listen in a noisy environment or each of us separately.

This becomes much more noticeable when using the ANC in a louder environment

Because of this, sound may seem a bit louder and clearer with ANC on but the difference in quality is almost negligible in a quiet environment
