(They offer templates for a few programs.)I was not sure how good the print would look on on glossy labels but it made the labels look more professional

This is a template issue...not a printer issue
Easy to use, used the template to print labels and they came out great
After downloading the correct template from Avery.com and downloading it to my Word program, I was finally able to create beautiful labels
Their website has a lot of beautiful templates
