The top ring on mine doesn't close tightly or cleanly, so the pages get caught on it when you're turning them.

Observations:The rings are easy enough for a small kid to open and close, and if the binder is not over-stuffed, the rings do not come open on their own

Very sturdy, thick plastic cover, excellent locking rings.... will buy again when in the market!
