I have read several negative reviews for the Avid Fast Track Solo MBOX Interface and each of those reviews were complaining about the software side of things

The Pro Tools software they license to you with the interface flat out doesn't work if you have this setup

Overall, this is a very nice, inexpensive audio interface with a great mic preamp.
