B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H6 (Natural)

    • I think it’s a great balance and reflects how the mix will translate to speakers
    • However, there is a feeling that the left-right balance is slightly out of balance
    • In my opinion, this one is superior to its bigger sibling, H8, especially if you are looking into well-balanced sound and super clarity.
    • They sound is superb and well balanced; the construction is solid, light & stylish; they feel divine; and, they are convenient to cary around
    • Comfort of an over-the-ear headphone and balanced sound quality with depth.
    • The H6 is a good balance of style, comfort and audio quality
    • Like everything Bang & Olufsen, they are very well balanced and extremely detailed
    • This is definitely a listener headphone: meaning, for chilling and enjoying a piece of music instead of using it as a production headphone for mixing/mastering or recording music, even though it is very flat, well balanced, neutral sounding and everything, but it doesn't quite have a punch (compared to a ATH-M50 a monitor headphone by Audio-Technica)
    • The sound is well balanced for long listening, not fatiguing, a major concern for me
    • A premium over-ear headphone with inline remote and microphone- Hand-tuned by Bang & Olufsen sound engineers for an authentic and well-balanced sound
    • And this is surprising for a pair of fashionable B&O headphones
    • The B&O H6 offer comfort and clear sound, for its non-discounted price
    • In some cases it would reproduce trebles better than the H6 could, but again it is lacking in its soundstage and is not as precise as the B&O offering.
    • I will say unequivocally, the B&O H6 is well worth the money, with a quality build, and extremely comfortable fit (I can go 6-8 hours now), super lightweight, and most of all, sonically pleasing
    • But the B&W P7 was the least comfortable of all the headphones I tried on
    • However, the build quality and aesthetics of these B&O headphones are unmatched, as the Sennheiser is plasticky and ugly cream.
    • I particularly like the yellow cloth inside the earcups, and the large L and R inside the cups, so much better than searching for some small symbol on the outside of the cups or on the cup bracket
