I'll start off by saying that I prefer using silicon molds for cupcakes and muffins, because it's so easy to pop them out without having to use extra butter or oil to grease as much, and this worked with my silicon cups like a dream!The estimated cooking time is definitely a good guesstimate, but more moist batters (like for banana muffins, which is actually what I used it for earlier today) might need longer times--but since the maker stays on your counter top and locks and unlocks easily, it's super easy to check on how they're doing

It's easy to use and clean except the gray T-fall lining literally adheres to the cupcakes if used without a cupcake liner
