The outer appearance of the box made the product look as if it was new, however when you open it the fork is missing

Only problem was the fork that’s displayed on the box and is suppose to be included, is missing from the package.

The box was missing the recipe book and two prong fork

That pronged fork is a joke you can not even get them out correctly you need somthing plastic its a joke.and they do not come completely round.

First off, mine came with a missing fork that claimed it came with.

, the pickup fork works great, and the pops cook perfectly, we used a little scoop to put batter in the pan, only drawback was that the teflon coating started to wear after about 200 cake pops and some of the graphics on the outside of the unit started to peel, but all in all a good unit for the money, then next one we get will be the swivel unit, like a commercial waffle maker.

How can I get a hold of the seller to send me the missing fork?
