    • - they worked great as long as we were not below deck 10 - once we were below deck 10 the reception was no longer available at all.
    • This radio has really good reception range and broadcasting range
    • Most other cheap nasty single IF stage FM receivers I have are capable of better reception, if only not affected with front end overload.
    • The reception and range on this one though is so much better.
    • Not only does this radio output 8 watts of power, but it offers dual PTT, dual watch, excellent transmission and reception, and a 1 watt speaker that sounds great.
