    Baratza Sette 30 Conical Burr Grinder

    • With the combination of fresh whole beans plus this Sette, my drip coffee has so much more depth of flavor
    • It does struggle a bit with fresh lightly roasted beans, but will still process after a few attempts
    • Easy to use, grinds the espresso beans perfectly and love the design
    • If I buy the same beans (which I do) I can keep the settings (grind and seconds) the same, and a push of one button gets me exactly one shot's worth of ground beans for the Flair.
    • My REAL issue here is I don't correlate the cost to grind beans consistently with a $300 price tag when my Dialing-In has reached a point thats out of my reach
    • I leave it around the 9th step and it grinds beans that produce 2 ounce shots in 30 seconds using 18/19 grams of coffee
    • This combined with well roasted beans has come close enough in quality to an espresso from the local coffee bars that I can't tell enough of a difference to merit 'needing' to visit them for good espresso
