It heats up fast, the temperature gauge tells me when it's ready to pour, the handle stays cool, and very important, it seems to be well built

It is more attractive than the pictures show, very well built, has a thermometer to be sure your water is at the appropriate temperature, and the gooseneck spout allows you to pour over your coffee slowly and accurately to make a delicious coffee.

The handle does not get hot and the built in thermometer is genius.

The solder that join's the handle to the pot broke loose and narrowly missed burning me and hitting my chemex coffee pot

You can pour the hot water exactly where you want it, with very little practice

but you just have to heat it up properly and don’t use a burner that’s a way larger surface area than the kettle and it boils the water perfectly and fast
