I did not like the fact that I returned this item and was not refunded the full price I paid for it.

I paid $20 on Amazon, but after using it I feel I would of paid the $30 it is currently priced at because it works great on my hair

I didn't purchase this from Amazon but this is a much better price

The price isn't bad either

This was an Amazon Days purchase, so it was a great price, with minimal expectations

It is very drying on the hair as most hot tool are so I don't use it on my hair too much

First of all I really don't use any type of hot tool on my hair, but I had to try

but I think it is a bulky tool and it kinda makes my hand cramp up after awhile which I think it’s the size of the thing and also how much force you have to use to close it while using it

Great tool, my hair held the curl and a very relaxed curl

What makes me especially happy is this iron helps enhance all my hair's natural wave

The iron is bulky and heavy to hold

All the other irons simply didn’t work in my hair.

I have used a straight iron to curl her hair and it would fall out with a few hours

It doesn't have a stand so the hot iron touches whatever surface you put it on

I am terrible with doing my own hair and this was easy for me to use and get good results.

I have thick, straight hair and this gets you the loose beach-wave look

and she has more experience with hair tools and was able to get very deep beautiful beach waves.

It is so easy to use and makes great beach waves in my hair

My daughter has supper straight hair & does fine with hers.

I use a little hairspray before use as I have super fine hair

I have straight hair and really struggle to hold a curl in my hair

A little teasing at the root helped a bit this time around.

The tool was really easy to use, a bit heavy and uncomfortable after a little while of holding

I was a bit skeptical because I have spiral curly hair but wanted a different more relaxed look

Not for daily use, crearly, plus one could easily mistake it for a conventional straightener and touch the top bit

The only thing I had been concerned is if upon setting it down on a surface if it would cause any burns since it gets a bit hot on the bottom portion of the crimper but have not had any issues

it does get hot so be carful when using it around your face, I burned my forehead using it

It takes me anywhere from 1 to 2 hours to blow dry and straighten my hair

I use heat spray when I blow dry my hair and also when I use a heat iron

I burned my neck because the instructions said to start using it from the roots without mentioning that you need to leave couple inches to protect your neck

so I ended up burning my neck and returning it.

After awhile, my hand hurts though because you have to press down pretty hard to get it to close.

probably feel like your hand is cramping with how you have to hold the item

The only thing that I hate about it is it hurts your hand after awhile and your arm will definitely cramp up if you have long hair

Works super well however the plastic handle heats up as well and can feel like it’s burning the hand

The high and low button was right where your fingers grab and its easy to accidentally twist it to low while using it

it’s time consuming, & your fingers start to hurt from hold in but down for so long.

I've read reviews that it burns your fingers, but I have not had this issue at all.

You might want to consider getting a heat club if you have this because there's no where to hold the tip without burning your fingers

I kept putting my fingers on the tip of the wand and kept burning my fingers
