When I initially got my mechanical keyboard for the office, I almost started to regret it because while the keys felt the same as the unit I have at home, lacking the built in wrist rest that both my home keyboard and prior office keyboard had, started to make typing on the new keyboard quite uncomfortable.

The "wave" shape which I guess is supposed to be good is actually horrible, because your wrists are unevenly supported when you're typing on different parts of the keyboard

After setting this up, it's much easier to put any weight down on the wrists when typing without having to worry about pressing them into the desk and risking possible pain from prolonged use.

Poorly designed in my opinion, the wrist support should be equal on both sides while typing with the "wave" where the extra depth and support aren't necessary

There are indentations for wrists, but they are about 3 inches too far apart to be useful for proper typing
