Bella really should clearly state in the description that a tamper & frothing cup are NOT included & should be purchased as add ons!

It would "brew" what came out as a good strong cup of coffee, not the espresso that you would expect.

but i have to say it makes a decent cup of strong coffee.

When I put 2 cups of water into the espresso maker, about half a cup leaked from the bottom of the machine

It is a great value for the cost; however, the water starts to flow through the espresso before it gets really hot so the pull is not as tasty as I like.

It only males up to four shots of espresso but being that it is just me using it, it's the perfect size

Ok, so if you are a serious coffee connoisseur, you may want to go a little up market, but for us regular people who love a good espresso or cappuccino, this things rocks

First the steamer started to leak while it was heating up, causing it to make weak coffee with a little froth

It turned over 70% of the water I gave it into super-heated steam that shoots out from the top

The on and off switch could be made better, when coffee maker heats up so does the switch and swells making harderto turn off but once cooled its OK can be turned easily

If you are not careful, you might get steam burns or burnt from putting your hand on top of the water tank lid, which as you know it's very hot.

The water tank smells funny and i fear I'm getting lead poisoning

There is no steam pop-up button on the water tank lid to indicate the machine is still under pressure

Had to return because lid to water tank could not be removed to add water

The knob and cap are not ergonomically friendly!

See, when the pot is on and under pressure, the knob is hard to turn.

The knob to turn it to the on/brew, steam and off positions is WAY WAY too stiff and hard to use

The knob, to turn it from coffee to steam, is hard as heck to turn

which makes it even better, the only problem is the knob, it gets hard to turn after a few months

* frother does NOT froth, but rather blows bubbles in the milkAs for brewing, it worked wonderfully, but unfortunately the bad outweighed the good and for these reason's I returned the machine
