    • There is a permanent , easy rinse filter,

    • The filter is fine, the water level exact, turned it off and back on..nothing..tried to unplug and wait, plugged it in again, turned it on and nothing
    • You should be able to buy an inexpensive filter or they should give you two or three at time of purchase even if they increase the price to cover it.
