I still recommend this headset if you are looking for an inexpensive alternative to an overpriced headset such as turtle beach.
I would totally recommend this to anybody if you're still looking for a cheap headset that works amazingly almost better than Turtle Beach wire and Astro

Bengoo refunded our money even though the first pair stopped working a few days after 30 days
worth the money (not good for noise canceling at all)
Great product and works very well on my PC and across my consoles as well (XBOX ONE and PS4) would buy again and is just as good if not better than the two Turtle beach sets I wasted more money on for the same quality.

Great headphones, great sound, never a problem with any operational issues, but the cord is not replaceable so as soon as my son broke the headphone jack they could not be fixed
The 3.5mm jack chipped, which could damage your ports to your peripheral devices such as the PS4 port or your laptop
Today the jack busted right off in the remote, this was not from abuse or improper usage.

How to use it on PS4? 1
Please test it with your cellphone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well

Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad 3
Then long press the PS4 button to enter the System Settings 4
There is a choice "PERIPHERAL MACHINES", choose it and then choose "ADJUST SOUND AND DEVICES", next choose "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio" Notes: 1.Extra Microsoft adapter (Not Included) is needed when connect with old version Xbox One controller
2.1-to-2 3.5mm jack splitter cable (Not Included) is needed when you connect with PC if you want to use headphone and microphone at the same time
3.The USB interface is only used for power supply to LED light to highlight the atmosphere of the game
Troubleshooting Methods: 【Sound is too small or no sound】 1.Ensure that your audio devices work properly and sound switch has been turned on
2.Turn up the sound volume level, Ensure connecting the plug of headset to audio source correctly
