I absolutely love them, they have great sound and the communication through the microphone is good.

The sound is not as loud as expected even when turned all the way up

If I had to make one complaint on them is that the sounds doesn't go up as loud as I would like but at the same time it's so much better of an experience than playing the sound through our TV

My Mic started going on and off and only way i got it to work was by smacking my headphones over and over

The only way he can use them is to NOT plug in the USB "Led lights"

I believe the mic still works and the USB is only for the LED lights, so it's not that bad I suppose.

Only problem is the led lights don't work unless plugged into a USB port

The usb cord is to short to use your controller at the same time to power the led lights

The earmuffs are very uncomfortable and shortly after my return window expires the audio jack becomes unresponsive when plugged in so the microphone no longer works
