These are a great buy definitely better than some TB I've gotten for my son and Tritonswell wirth the price only complaint the leds after charging do not work but no worries here

I can probably buy headphones $10 cheaper and get a better product.
They work good and sound as good as the much, much more expensive headphones I had til my son broke them
Great headphones, great sound, never a problem with any operational issues, but the cord is not replaceable so as soon as my son broke the headphone jack they could not be fixed
Great headphones, kids are particular and love these for gaming
We were able to remove the broken jack from the controller but the headphones are now useless.

The sound quality is good and the mic transmits loud and clear
This headset has very good quality for like the first week, and then when you talk to your friends they complain about this scratchy sound thats coming from your mic

Service as good as that isn't very common
The 3.5mm jack chipped, which could damage your ports to your peripheral devices such as the PS4 port or your laptop
Today the jack busted right off in the remote, this was not from abuse or improper usage.

Bengoo refunded our money even though the first pair stopped working a few days after 30 days

How to use it on PS4? 1
Please test it with your cellphone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well

Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad 3
Then long press the PS4 button to enter the System Settings 4
There is a choice "PERIPHERAL MACHINES", choose it and then choose "ADJUST SOUND AND DEVICES", next choose "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio" Notes: 1.Extra Microsoft adapter (Not Included) is needed when connect with old version Xbox One controller
2.1-to-2 3.5mm jack splitter cable (Not Included) is needed when you connect with PC if you want to use headphone and microphone at the same time
3.The USB interface is only used for power supply to LED light to highlight the atmosphere of the game
Troubleshooting Methods: 【Sound is too small or no sound】 1.Ensure that your audio devices work properly and sound switch has been turned on
2.Turn up the sound volume level, Ensure connecting the plug of headset to audio source correctly
