Great product, but picture quality could have been more crisp

Great product for the price.

Source input cuts in and out randomly (despite trying new HDMI cables, which are not the problem), and even when the image is steady, sound makes long sustained beeping noise and sporadically turns on and off

A dark room or at least one with low light is required to really enjoy the images

Upside is that it has a good image quality with a wide range of input options

Colors are extremely vibrant and the image looks incredible

Because 3LCD is not capable of producing a pure black and white image

I absolutely love my BenQ and have recommended it to other people already

As a disclaimer, I have been wanting a projector for many years now and finally made the decision to get one, I may have been happy regardless of what I got, but I'll say this much, the BenQ looks good and performs really well for online gaming where lag is an important factor

Use this in basement on 100 inch screen - love the thing .. had an Acer and this is so much better in all aspectsQuiet and has great zoom etc - have used on Xbox and from TV Settop box .. good light output

Projector is simply not usable for Home Theater, even with a powered high end speaker attached the sound output is barely audible with all volume controls set to the highest setting

My family and I have been watching at time of sunset (about 30 minutes prior to dusk) and wow!!

All in all, it's a good buy for home use

Less than 3 months after start using my projector it stops working, actually it seems to be projecting when looking to the lens but the screen still blank with just some bright pixels like if it is projecting a starry sky

I have a gray screen (140") with a gain of 1.2, and I can enjoy watching with the lights on

Super high quality!

The things that stand out immediately are incredible picture quality in ambient light (I can now watch with the curtains open), despite the 2200 lumens rating of the projector

I was deciding between the Optoma and the BenQ gamign projectors but I decided to go with the BenQ because of the superior quality given the less lumens (based on online reviews)

Other than being the perfect projector for a living room, the sound quality was much better than expected, and noise is low enough not to be noticeable
