It's comfortable to sit in and the arm rests are at the perfect height

But,using a 3" foam seat cushion helps raise me to a proper height

Head rest is a good height (I'm 5'11).Cons: seat cushion is a little too firm.

The chair is larger than you would expect with arm rests that keep my arms at a 90 degree angle and good height adjustment (they can also be pulled back if you don't want to be restricted)

It is comfortable and can adjust to a good height for me

offers a solid support and generous width along with ample height to accommodate a place to rest your head.
