I believe possibly because of the negative reviews about dings and dents on metal casing they better secured the screen with foam brackets in shipping box and mine arrived in perfect condition
Some reviewers complained of the screen having some wavy-ness to it, but the one I got is in perfect condition and very flat
It did arrive in good condition and works properly, although the operation isn't very smooth.

Rather than buying some overpriced specialty projector screen mounting bracket, I went to the hardware store and got a pair of thick stainless L brackets, a pair of threaded hooks, and a few matching nuts to secure it together.

The screen is of very good quality, and even with the old projector I used, the picture looked very good.
Poor quality plastic endpieces cracked during normal shipping (though padding was minimal) and the metal chassis was dented even though the box didn't show signs of a struggle.

The only issue we had with it is a broken (plastic) mounting hole that we were able to get around in construction.
I wish it came with some l like other screens do.
The crack in the cheap plastic ends let the inside roll come loose and while I was able to eventually get this to open, it was unable to close
