Works as expected once I had everything set up, which didn't take very long

Easy setup, nice to save some plugs for phone charging.

Worked Great with Amazon Alexa took me less than 10 mins to set both up enabled the Smart Life skill on the Alexa app i now have control of my living room lamps with just my voice

These devices are freaking awesome took about 20 minutes to set up all four devices in my house unbelievable deal extremely happy!!

Without Alexa, the phone app works fine on its own.

As misleading as the description for the product is I don't believe bestek works with Google Assistant, Google home does not include bestek as a Google Home Partner

No matter what we do, and despite all the troubleshooting steps that we have gone through, these Bestek smart plugs refuse to connect

This is only a hunch, but these smart plugs may have been having a tough time dealing with our mesh system's four access points around the house (four 2.4 GHz radios plus four 5 GHz radios simultaneously broadcasting)

Update: 9/20/2018We communicated with BESTEK's customer support, and the company thinks that the plugs that we received are defective

The app is intuitive and integration with Alexa is easy.
