The sleep function is surprisingly accurate: the time I go to sleep and the time I get up are right on and the awake time seems to correspond with whether or not I had a sleepless night

The strap has an easy-to-use buckle rather than the hook/loop of the $100 Garmin vivofit 3.I bought this tracker primarily for inexpensive mobile notifications of SMS, Calls, and email on my mobile

Notification is a soft vibration; SMS shows the message, Calls show caller's name and has option to reject the call

I'm very happy that the screen is large and bright and text is large enough to see easily without my glasses
