Unfortunately 3 separate pieces are cracked and dented

I read plenty of reviews before ordering and saw a few about missing/broken pieces, flat padding and such

Good office piece!

There were no missing pieces or damage, the brittle plastic cone around the gas lift cylinder was cracked a bit at the top, but I'm not surprised and it makes no difference at all in the way this chair feels

May be a defective piece.

It was easy to assemble; I just needed help putting the back piece on so that it would not fall

Most annoying thing is that the "leather" started peeling off and the layer underneath crumbled on the floor in small sticky pieces

One piece was a little hard to pop into place but other than that, the instructions were clear and simple.

Over the past 10 months screws have fallen out and the lumbar support went from terrible to non-existent.[EDIT]This chair is an absolute piece of crap, and a waste of money

Luckily Amazon customer service is great and is taking the one terrible piece of junk back

It was pretty much getting them to shipped me the rest of the missing pieces

You won't find that in this cheap piece of garbage

After Amazon lost it in the mail once and it took me 2 months to finally get it, pieces broke on installlation due to the poor quality

Ill remember to assemle my chair as soon as I get it so Amazon can pay the the return shipping on this defective piece of crap

This one - like most others - will deflate before long leaving you sitting on a hard piece of wood.
