There was no reason to send another of the same product as the same product would have the same issue, it just did not fit my car's air vent

You just clip it on the air vent, you do not have to "install" it

I've bought many different magnetic phone holders, but this one stays in place because it grabs on to the air vent with 2 rear arms,

The only complaint is that it doesn't fit with my wife's Camry because of the way the air vents are shaped

and I don’t feel as though it will damage my air vent

In a world of rotating, circular air vent mounts, I'm glad this company came out with this one

so I just needed something to put on my air vents in my car

My main objective was unlike other magnetic vent holders this would allow me to attach to the bottom vent, place my phone horizontally and not block the air vent much on the passenger side of my car

I can can rotate my phone vertical or horizontal and it holds tight without blocking too much of the air vent.

Beware though... while this is a super strong magnetic clip on it did not fit the air vents on my GMC Yukon

However the clip for the air vent did not stay in place in my Toyota Tundra, Nissan Altima, or Chevy Suburban
