It doesn’t stick my phone well and falls off the magnet all of the time

Don’t like that the magnet is black and detracts from my decorative clear phone cover.

I have not been able to shake the phone loose with the thin magnet affixed to the outside of the case (not for the lack of trying).I use my phone operationally for work and this mount is peace of mind
