I found the price for Amazon to be better than the local medical supply store I have gotten this at in the past

I think it works better than other cooling gel out there
The gel has a strong odor that will eventually dissipate, but will nonetheless remain for awhile on whatever skin it contacts.
I applied more expensive gel as well but Biofreeze works better for me

Biofreeze works great for me - I recently had knee replacement surgery & have arthritis from the top of my spine to the bottom,, osteoarthritis along with osteoporosis
I've tried the Penetrex cream that is so popular here on Amazon and this works much better
I broke my heel and a couple of other bones in my foot about 6 months ago and am still working through the aches and pains of that.
This works great, makes the area really warm melting away my arthritis pain
My significant other works extremely hard and often comes home very sore

Great for sore aching muscles without all of the really bad smell.
Others I have tried would burn or didn't really do much - this stuff helped ease the pain and the smell wasn't that bad
It does absolutely nothing to relieve muscle pain or soreness and has a strong, unpleasant smell of isopropyl alcohol.
Smells pretty strong, and not my favorite smell, but it really helps with muscle pain.

After pulling a few muscles trying to keep up with the neighborhood kids in a friendly ball game my wife noted on my return home for dinner that I was limping and dropping the right shoulder.

Not as good as when I used to purchase this from my chiropracter about 7 years ago.
I bought this to help relieve pain ranging from muscle aches to arthritis to nerve pain
but I also have nerve pain from a rotator cuff injury and it actually helped with that as well.
Not only did this NOT relieve my sciatica or peripheral nerve pain, but it also SMELLS BAD!
