Its still a good coffee maker peeling hot plate and all.

The carafe plate will also keep your fresh brewed coffee hot.

3 months later the hot plate is not getting hot!!!

The carafe when sitting on the hot plate keeps the coffee hot for a long time without continuing to 'cook' it and create bitter, off-tasting coffee (at least for up to an hour as that is as long as mine sat and waited while being warmed).The brew basket doesn't come with a permanent filter, which I was disappointed in as I prefer those to paper filters, but I will rectify that by purchasing one on my own soon

So far there is no dripping which caused the warmer plate on my lasted coffee maker to get ruined

You can also set the hot plate to stay on for 30 minutes up to 2 hours depending on your preference

Less then 2 months of use and the hot plate doesn't stay on to keep coffee warm

The hot plate turns off after about an hour which isn't long enough to keep the coffee warm if it's just one person drinking it throughout the day.

We have tried different paper filters, a nondisposable filter, moving the carafe around on the hot plate--nothing works.

Unfortunately, it's kind of a poor trade-off because the coffee maker still drips coffee onto the hot plate if you take the carafe out while the coffee is still brewing

Bought it Apr.2017 and hot plate quite working.

Once the last drop of coffee is poured the carafe is washed and allowed to dry away from the hot plate

We use it for our morning coffee every day and the hot plate as started to peel already.

Hot plate doesn't stay on long enough

Power ON light will light up but percolator won't cycle and hot plate won't heat up.

we had the model before this one and the hot plate peeled but it seems like it took longer to peel than this model.

Great coffee, doesn't burn as it stays warm.

I bought this in april 2015 and it has now stopped working as of Jan 7,2016

Frequently overflows as it's easy to misplace the pot and there's no auto shut off for the pot when that happens

Works as i had hoped.
