BLACK+DECKER 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker, Black and Stainless Steel, CM2030B

    • we use filtered water anyway, and I just clean it when my wife's need cleaning since we have two pots - decaf and regular.it appears that the more expensive pots that have these features are all made in China now, and Braun, Cuisinart are no more as reliable as they once were.the coffee is very smooth, and it may be from not sitting on a burner for two hours or more , who knows.so I figure pay half the price, and in a year or two if it goes south on you, throw it out, buy a new
