I like the ability to adjust the coffee strength, I like the shower for coffee grounds, and I like that the carafe won't break with careless handling

We realized that the handle of the basket was missing

The cover of the pot has a great little handle to open the pitcher to pour out the coffee

I bought this coffee pot to replace another older Black and Decker that I dropped and broke the handle on.

Our only dislike is the handle on the basket, which comes off often

I love the steel carafe as it will not break if you accidentally bump something.

Coffee flavor was not as good as with my old pot, but more coffee helps

Terrible leaking from the carafe evry time you pour as well as from the maker itself whenever you remove the pot

Returning because coffee comes out Luke warm n doesn’t stay hot

Wasn't crazy about getting a "programmable" maker (as I don't use this feature EVER), but figured since it was B&D would be better than the others

At least I can use the carafe for pour-over until I get a replacement (definitely NOT another inexpensive B&D).
