It makes coffee in reasonable time and the flavor is good

When you pour your coffee, the spout has a "shut" feature (thumb-reflex) that usually works the first time, though it takes a bit of a learning curve

Sadly this coffee pot on the first use has been leaking big time from the bottom... not worth the money..

So, just over 4 weeks old and have had to clean it many times, started shutting off after a few cups brewed, have to keep turning it back on to finish one pot, we drink one pot in the am, and one pot in the pm, this is crazy, takes about 40 minutes to brew one pot, not sure why it started this being so new, but not really happy with this one after 3 that didn't make it a year and this one is not starting out well at all, may have to buy a different kind next time but not happy with this brand any more, very un happy with this pot
