We used closer to 3/4 cup of batter not 2/3 as recommended and even then some waffles were slightly undersized which resulted as a not as crisp product

The tempurature and timer makes PERFECT waffles, the only catch is the chord is not detachable and the product is a little tricky to clean, but other than that I love it

I do not recommend this product as I imagine any other waffle make could out-preform this one
