It may not be the best, powerful blender, HOWEVER, it does do a great job at light or medium duty tasks

November 2015 it began to make a rattling noise as though something inside is loose

After the first use the gears began to make a terrible screeching noise.

It began making noise and smoking by its second use and completely died by its third use

Today the noise was so loud it hurt my ears.

On first use it jammed and every use after that it makes this horrifying screeching noise
