  • Despite numerous attempts by AT&T "tech" support they could never get the device to connect to 4G or LTE services.
  • Build quality on this phone is great, the battery life is quite agreeable as well at 3500mah, they included a headphone jack
  • The battery life is much better than the Note 8 and the time to charge the device seems faster to me, though I have no real data to support this.
  • Despite numerous attempts by AT&T "tech" support they could never get the device to connect to 4G or LTE services.
  • Battery life is great, I get a full day and a half with constant use

  • An icon reborn”, they definitely addressed the complaints of the KeyOne while maintaining or improving those things that were good about it.
  • UNLESS A.you're patient and willing for the software updates to smooth things out and
  • It does all those things well, but this phone is very business oriented
  • Okay lets start with the one and only good thing about the phone:
  • One of the best things about the Key 2 is the Dtek security software.

Reviews around picture (5.00 of 5)

  • The camera does not take as good pictures in low light conditions as my Nexus 5 and it has some noise in the images but this doesn't really bother me
  • It has a manual mode and I've got decent pictures with it, but the auto-mode is useless
  • Despite numerous attempts by AT&T "tech" support they could never get the device to connect to 4G or LTE services.
  • Not sure what has happened with the camera's ability to take great pictures

Reviews around blackberry (4.59 of 5)

  • However, I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so as I want Blackberry to be successful
  • and I'm glad my hubby bought it for me when I was hanging on to the KeyOne as the last great Blackberry
  • Die hard blackberry fan, and user, since the OS10 days
  • Blackberry is still among the best if not the best in terms of security
  • you want a nice blackberry with a keyboard, I highly recommend getting the KeyOne Black Edition, if you can still find one, grab it!

Reviews around quality (4.49 of 5)

  • Great build quality that one would expect from a BlackBerry device.
  • Screen - regardless of what people on YouTube say the screen is pretty good quality
  • From the time I received my new blackberry Key2, I first noticed the quality was impeccable.
  • The build quality is great and feels premium, but it is on the light side
  • My biggest complaint, after 3-4 weeks of use, is the space bar is of poor build quality and is the most frequently used button on the device

Reviews around device (4.10 of 5)

  • My business requires that I have the most secure device and I know from using the productSo far that this is far more security than I
  • I carry Blackberry because I really need and want a good communication device.
  • I truly feel like this device renewed my love for BlackBerry
  • Other than the speed button, which I kept forgetting about, the Key1 seemed like a sturdier device.
  • I feel like I have a phone and personal data device again, rather than an entertainment device first, and phone and data second.

Reviews around experience (3.61 of 5)

  • A couple of neat tricks like the Hub and the hardware convenience key makes the Key2 an incredible experience and allows me once again (after a 2 year hiatus) to be a blackberry user
  • The bigger sized buttons have really made for a smoother typing experience, and the keyboard (and SpeedKey) allows me to switch between apps and multi-task even faster, as I've programmed them as short-cut keys to suit my needs (which is something that all-touchscreen phones can't do)
  • If, like myself, you have no experience at all with the Andriod operating system, then you have a big learning curve ahead of you
  • However, my experience with AT&T service has always been horrible.
  • It is very fast and overall a better experience that the Galaxy Note 8.

Reviews around use (3.53 of 5)

  • The bad:• Blackberry’s Android customizations.
  • I really enjoyed using that phone but it had gotten slower throughout the phones lifespan
  • It was a great idea but just was bulky with the sliding up in and became top heavy and also became very warm hot to the touch when using
  • If you are coming from a slab it is going to take some getting used to, but I suspect it will be worth it.
  • Physical keyboard phones are a niche and by means nowhere near the most popular phone but this one brings back the matter finish keys that are spacial like all blackberry fans are used to

Reviews around camera (3.28 of 5)

  • The camera feels like something ripped out of 2010Overall, definitely not worth the high price tag (coming from someone who is ok paying 1200-1500 for phones that are
  • I would have kept it, but the camera is so bad that video chat/ webinars are terrible
  • Compared to the Priv, the Android experience is better, although Android is what it is - (and not as good as BB10, but that is another story).Others have trashed the camera.
  • This is a major step back from the KEYOne which had an improved camera for a BlackBerry.
  • The Camera is trash - You better be in great lighting or you are going to get awful photos.
