antenna problems as i guess the antenna are placed near the bottom of the handset so when i hold the phone to answer calls the caller have a hard time hearing me as i had a hard time hearing them as well

So I am a little bit slower (an ounce of prevention...) and can appreciate that perfection takes time

PRIV freezed a few times while working with some apps, but that was rare

I called blackberry support 3 times and left 3 emails because this should still be under warranty

2 times in 5 months is pathetic

This phone took 2 days to transfer up & back down, partially because it had an error the first time

It's underpowered and has a hard time keeping up on some apps and starts to stutter once you get it loaded with apps

My Passport also left me stranded a few times because Uber never worked well on the device

The screen fell out of the phone.. when i took it out of my pocket... never ever will i ever buy blackberry again, i have been a supporter for over 10 years... but when the damn screen just falls out of the damn phone.. its time to move on..great phone otherwise.

I have an impossible time using a virtual keyboard and need to have the keys when I text or send emails

I am 29 year's old, texts and email is all the time for work; not much of a gamer - mostly games to kill time on the subway that is simple and not too graphic-intensive

Absolutely love the response time on keys

the small width meant a small antenna which made T-Mobile act like AT&T... but at least it had WifiCalling.

I'm a loyal blackberry user as I <3 the keyboard and this phone did not disappoint
