The back has grip to it, the thick rounded edges are easy to hold, and the keyboard and screen are always in position for easy use

I found that when it's being used on the charger, it gets too hot for me to feel safe using it

The touchscreen sometimes takes a "harder press" than I'm used to from other phones, but it's actually nice and avoids a lot of accidental button pushes

A Keyboard with shortcuts, battery that lasts 2-3 days (and yes it DOES last for 2-3 days of hard use), capacative scrolling, flick typing, and so many other nifty features that are absolutely amazing... when they work

What made this phone feel like a "Sidekick" was the severe lack of keyboard support for this phone that made using productivity apps like Evernote, Wunderlist, Office 365 suite non-functional

It has the best keyboard I've ever used on a phone, it runs modern Android, the screen's good, and getting it up and running on Verizon was not too hard (though simultaneous voice/data keeps turning itself off).

First since we have a capacitive keyboard, they make good use of it while typing and using it to move the cursor, but outside of that, all it does is scroll

I have used phones with the fingerprint scanner on the front (iPhones, HTC10), the back (Google Pixel XL), and the side power button (Sony X Compact), and the Blackberry implementation on the spacebar button is my favorite

I watched an entire movie on mine and it was fine, however my my uses are for calls, email, texts, excel maps etc

No front facing LED flash unfortunately, just the front LCD screen will light up to act as a flash, which seems to work pretty ok, kind of gives a softer light compared to LED’s actually, so in some cases could actually look better than a LED flash

4 letters did not work the S G L and W. Seems the first batch they send to the U.S. is a bad one
