The Blackstar FLY3 amp is not simply a great product for electric guitars, it is one of the most effective and useful products of any category I've experienced in my life.

-).I like playing with the Gain high on the clean channel because it has a nice gritty clean tone for a solid state amp

The clean channel's max volume is pretty low, but the gain channel makes up for it (the guitar's volume rolled back gives a good clean sound on the gin channel).Very happy with this little amp.

The clean channel is so clear that every little noise and buzz is audible, which makes it great for practicing precise playing.

Sound quality is great for a mini, much better than the minuscule size.

It has great sound quality with large volumes enough for home using

The small size of this amp will not prepare you for its brilliant sound quality

I played it for ~3 hours so far and batteries holding up fine which is surprising as electronics like this tend to eat batteries very quick

A great little practice amp and the batteries seem to last forever.

I have played this amp for 3 or 4 nights now and the batteries that came with it are still going strong.

I love the sounds that I get from this amp and the fact that it's battery powered and portable

Great little amp that is battery operated, great for those on the move

You can play with it to give the impression of some reverb or crank the timing for neat delay hits

With the delay set low it sounds more like reverb, crank it up and you have some digital delay giving excellent dynamic to what is a surprisingly good sounding amp.

the delay is usable (not robotic sounding...) and it actually sounds and feels good

n’t think you’ll find better distortion and effects in this size and price range, but preferences vary, and if these are important then you might be happier with the Katana Mini (which costs 2/3 more.)

This little rig sounds amazing for its size and the effects are really cool too

Otherwise, this is clearly the best value in its class.

As an almost complete guitar noob with a very basic level of knowledge this squirt is a great little value for a newbie like me

The great value I get from these is due to the combination I can make for practice

For kicks I cranked up the volume and gain with the overdrive and they did work pretty well

The volume is much louder than my Pignose was, where neighbors can easily hear it

n’t want you to use an amp and blast them out, this is barely noticeable and would give you enough volume to be heard a bit better without having to play as hard

The tone knob is really cool, and the volume is perfect!

This little amp is perfect in that it has enough power and volume to be audible in a small room without any problems

Delay a nice feature

I’m getting out of this thing in the first week, and the delay effect is a great feature to play with

The delay feature sounds incredible and the overdrive does the job

I use small, cheap wireless and a Ibanez Mikro for the perfect, cheap travel or portable practice

There are cheaper practice amps out

This amp is much smaller than expected (not a bad thing) but it’s more than powerful / loud enough.
