Because I can't actually use it for its intended purpose (You know: Calling people, sending texts, basic stuff,) i'm stuck with a good looking $60 paperweight
and it's a good looking phone for the money the colors are vivid and bright and the camera works
This is a good looking phone but from the moment i started using it it froze, and gave me erros messages, any of my applications were either incredibly slow or did not open
Excelete, fulfilled all my expectations, great quality at a good price
I hate only has 8 gigs of storage not bad call and camera quality though but cheap nice phone

the wireless connectivity is very slow, the internal space is very limited because the device recommends several additional apps to be downloaded with the app, so the space is taken up alone by them.
There should be no bloat on a phone with these specs, and unfortunately BLU insists on trying to install Facebook and other crappy apps on the phone
Freezes up all the time, no matter what I did, even before I installed anything on it the apps that came with it would freeze up
Bug size and clear screen but hubby hates it because so much of it's processing is taken up already that even installing basic apps like fb make it impossibly slow.
Android system is solid, however several apps I wanted were not compatible with this device.

Well, THAT EXTERNAL MEMORY EXTESION IS IMPOSSIBLE ON THIS NEW A6 because it did NOT recognize any of my memory cards or drives via none of the 5 OTG cables that I tried to connect to it!This LACK OF OTG CAPABILITY killed the sale and I decided to return the phone immediately because, if I could accept the SLOW phone and the SHORT battery life, I cannot accept the lack of OTG on any device that I buy
The A6 came with a charger and cord, as well as, a USB charging cord, it did have a clear case and face protector included
