    Blue Icicle XLR to USB Mic Converter/Mic Preamp

    • I have a windows 7 computer, and I did have to call tech support in order to get it to install properly.
    • Tech support blames microphones and customers
    • Haven't been in touch with tech support yet, but I will say I am not happy with the Icicle. . .
    • The tech support was awesome, friendly and effective and I love this product.
    • I emailed, then called Blue, and eventually spoke to a pleasant tech support guy who was aware of the problem
    • Upon calling tech support and doing more research I found the unit will not work with the Windows 7 operating system.
    • Thus, there is also a defect in how this firm handles tech support
    • The tech support answered the phone immediately, and the fix took about 3-5 minutes.
    • Piece o' garbage.
