**update: Bumped up to a fourth star after receiving very responsive customer service.

It shows how well this customer listens to the customers and I can't help but marvel at the great customer service

blurrry and uneven loud sound, broken piecemeal bluetooth connection, and customer service terrible

First of all thank you Bluedio for having a great customer service, they are fantastic

Incredible sound quality, I am surprised because the price is so good for these

For the price range of these and the number of hours my son has used them I highly recommend them.

Seeing the new T4 design showed that Bluedio probably realized this fault as well

The Bluetooth is awful this was my second pair from two different venders and they both make a loud noise after about a hour of play time.

They sound amazing - I am very happy with the frequency response, good bass, great on the high end too.

And, sound is five-star with solid mids, sans obnoxious bass

I've got pretty pronounced contours in my ears so the smaller cups would press the hard plastic right up against the cartilage making them extremely uncomfortable after about an hour
