If this was redesigned to give you the same sound but better, stronger, lighter design, it would be perfect!
When they arrived I was impressed by the carrying case that has a handle and a much more better design case than the previous R + one.
These are very excellent sounds quality and sweet design!
The disadvantage is a little heavy, the design is unusual
I would recommend these to anyone looking for an upgrade to their current headphones as these are top of the line headphones with great design and awesome sound!

The sound is perfectly balanced- not too much bass, but just enough
They produce a clear, balanced sound with --enough-- bass to immerse yourself in the music
For the price that your paying for these if you have any complaints your crazy good sound quality decent bass great for the price

I would pick the R+ over the UFO, simply because I like the heavy bass and the SD card feature
