The charger doesn't use a micro usb which is rather disappointing and instead uses an apparent proprietary charger cable, so if you lose it, you're going to have to try to find the same cable instead of using one of the micro usb cables you probably have lying around your house

Charger doesn't work, and I really don't want to return it because ot works good.

It comes with an extra ear piece and also a smaller one included, also a neat little bag and the charger with a USB connection, but no wall adapter of course.

The only thing that I can say would improve this is the fact it uses a weird charger
